Sara and I had an incredible week. We traveled through Portland, OR; Long Beach, CA; New York City; New Jersey; Maryland; Washington DC; and Gettysburg, PA. Along the way we witnessed history. We were two of the some 2 million who showed up to see the Inauguration of Barack Obama.

This is the comment I tried to post on your 1/20/09 blog, but the damn thing asks for word verification then doesn't show me a word to verify. Very annoying. Also rude. But here's my comment:
Very fun! Thank you for sharing your trip. I love the videos. Especially the videographer saying "Go!" at the beginning of each clip. Also, nice hat Sara. Much better than my beanie.
Sorry that they comment thingy didn't work for you! I just tried, and it did for me. When Dave's home, he'll turn off the word verification thingy.
Yeah, we aren't skilled at fancy hand signals to tell the other person that they are now being recorded!
