Molly's first vet visit

Today we took Molly to the vet. She was an absolute dream!! She walked into the office and sat nicely. With her sweet behavior she got some attention from the front office staff ... okay don't tell us that is what is what all vet staffs do for all of their dogs! Then the vet checked her out and told us that she very healthy. She's 71 lbs (and he says that 65 to 70 would be good for her). She got tested for heartworm, which she doesn't have and got a vaccine for lyme disease. After the vet told us that she was healthy, he got a bit serious. He said that he doesn't tell many people that they have good dogs because their dogs often do wild things, etc. Then he told us that we have a very good dog! (Again, don't tell us that the vet tells that same story to every person)!

Molly is still doing great! She spent 5.5 hrs alone today. Her big transgressions seem to be sneaking up onto the couch and our bed! Dave caught her on the couch yesterday. Today she was at least quick enough to meet him at door and not get caught!

What - no photo/video diary of the first vet visit?

As transgressions go, sleeping on the big soft things the humans scatter about the place isn't a bad one.

Eating the big soft things, now that's another matter.

I don't want to even think about her eating the big soft things. yikes.

This is now the second request for some Molly video. I'm sure that can be arranged. ;)

We think one of the reasons Gus doesn't eat our big, soft, leather sofa when we're away is that he's too busy sleeping on it. And why destroy something you love?
