Second visitors!!

Don't worry, we don't plan on keeping a running count of family and friends that come to visit and stay with us. But, you may remember a post stating that Romel, Grace & Maya were our first visitors. That was followed by some comments from family that had been visitors in our previous Eugene apartment. Merely details, but we didn't want to slight our latest visitors!! My sister & her husband drove up from CA to spend about a week in OR visiting us and his parents. So far, we have eaten, eaten some more, oh, and did a mention we've eaten? Today I went back to work and it was a relief because no one made me a yummy meal at any point during the day! The home cooked meals have included: empanadas, corn cakes, black beans and rice, eggplant parm, a dessert fruit crisp that we ate for breakfast, cheese souffle, homemade potatoe chips, bbqed ribs, potatoes au grautin, my body weight in cheese & crackers, pancakes w/fruit compote, and who knows what else. The meals at restaurants have included: lunch at a local winery, an Indian lunch buffet, and a fish and chips dinner tomorrow.

This is what happens when your sister is mid-way through a professional cooking class!

We've done some other things, but they are hard to remember though my food coma!
