Well!! The Most Wonderful Time of the Year has kicked off in grand fashion (Sorry Steve). Hopefully the Mets best starting pitchers will stop tearing their calf muscles (2 is enough). But still, the Mets pulled out a great win in game 1 of the NLDS. As you might imagine, I am quite happy. What a great game! This team has a lot of stars, but they are first and foremost a Team. All year long they've fought through injuries (usually to their starting pitchers), but they always continued to play great and have fun doing it. I hope they keep playing! Let's Go Mets!! :)

Yeah, tagging out two runners at the plate in one play does not suck. (Giving up an inside-the-park home run is another matter entirely...)
