No weekend plans!

It's Sara again & today was the first of the fall rain ... much more to come I am sure! When I was on the east coast, I had to get used to rain during the summer - due to all of that damn humidity! Now Dave's adjusting to dry summers. It was a mostly mild summer and I was thrilled to not sweat the moment I walked outside (I am sure lots of people where thrilled that I wasn't sweating so much!). We are sorta back to our home search. It's a very off-again, off-again thing. We don't ever really stop, we just aren't so active for awhile. It is also football season and life in Eugene stands still during games. There is lots of support from the community, similar to UMD, but maybe a bit more hopped up here. So, we have a plan-less weekend. Last weekend we did the winery tour and the weekend before we hung out with Sonnjea & Scott. During their visit we went to the coast and had a fun time. Oh, and we'll be watching the Mets games with telephones at the ready. The Mets are ready to clinch in the east ... something that hasn't happened since Dave was playing Little League. He raced home tonight, but they lost. Now he's really excited for it to happen tomorrow because we are getting the NY feed on digital cable and he'll be able to hear the Mets announcers. So, Drew & Romel, be ready - and let's hope it happens on Sat, because we don't get any Mets broadcast on Sunday!! Here's a picture of my sister's dog just for fun! Have a good weekend!
