Ha, I'm just kidding. It really does look a) beautiful and b) delicious and now you've made me very hungry, so I'm going to turn some of my bounty into panzanella. I'll have more Romas ready by the weekend, so maybe then I'll make the best lasagna ever too.
Gee, if we were neighbors, we could have lasagna AND panzanella.
Or, you know, our own tomato-canning factory.
I can attest to the fact that this was the best lasagna ever!! I've had it for dinner last night ... lunch today ... and as a quick dinner tonight as I run off to a meeting.
I might take a day off tomorrow, but it is seriously good!
Panzanella is soooo delicious.
