We figured it was time for an update on the yard. We added in the hanging basket last weekend. Everything that we planted in Feb. is still alive and blooming or on the way to blooming. Nearly everyone has lavender along their driveway. Our lavender has gone crazy. The bees love it and no one else's in the neighborhood has even started to bloom yet. 
We are going to be starting the backyard project someday. It's a bigger one than the front, so it will probably be June before you'll see any pictures!

Of course we are!! We are dumb! I finished digging out the grass strip along the back fence. Today we are hauling that grass away and buy .38 cubic yards of pebbles. We decided to not put in bark because we just have to replace it more often. We also looked at pavers for the patio project. Being us, we are probably going to jackhammer out the exiting patio slab so that they whole area can be matching. Any plans to come up for a visit? You guys owe us 1 working party, right?!
We do owe you a working party, which is why you're supposed to be sitting on your butts sipping margaritas in the nice weather and waiting until after Mr. Fix-it's exams to do hard labor.
